Matt earned both his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Over the past decade, he has practiced in otolaryngology (ENT), emergency medicine, and urgent care, which allows him to provide well-rounded care that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term health needs. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and most recently renewed his certification in 2024.
